Greek yogurt, walnuts, berries or peaches; scrambled eggs with turkey sausage and spinach; oatmeal with dried fruit and protein powder mixed in. I also tend to end up feeling kind of run down if I have anything of real substance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breakfast this morning, for example, was 1 cup of dry fiber one cereal, which I munched on at my desk at work.  120 calories, and my full days of fiber in one shot.
