It was hard...only proved to be more difficult the following day...I am much better today is a brand new day!!

I remember one of my meltdowns happened at the grocery store. For some reason, I ended up in the candy aisle. It was fine until I spotted the kisses. As I kept walking, I started seeing in my head all these little bright numbers on top of the wrappers listing the calories, fat, sugar, etc. It was crazy, I think I went home and got rid of my food journal and... well, we know how those stories always end.

But you're right, tomorrow IS another day! That's the best part, e/morning is a new life. I should get some dance DVD's, it wouldn't hurt to learn how to dance :) Best of luck!

Aw Trish, sorry to hear you had a set back....at least it's temporary and you recognize it for what it is....just a stumble.

It's funny how we tend to try to self sabotage ourselves at such critical points in our journeys.

I'm here for you if you ever need me! Keep up the great work, and don't put too much pressure on yourself!

Trish, our whole lives we have allowed other people to define us. This happens no more. Today is a brand new day. Do not allow meaningless people and their little campaigns to define who you are. Most people are on the web to make money and they do not care who they step on to get what they want. You are so above and beyond that. Each day you can look in the mirror and know that you DID NOT sell out to a sponsor or a company marketing their product. Living a life with integrity and purpose is all we need to do. It is the RIGHT thing to do. Hang in there. I am here for you - whatever you need.
