I had my dietician appointment today and it was really like giant reset button for me.

Since we have moved back in November I've been unorganized and floundering a bit.
Today's meeting with Valerie was a much needed thing.
I have a renewed vigor and determination to get this going strong again.
We talked about goals and made some specific ones:
1.Get my buttay back in the gym
2.Being more mindful if what I am eating. Making better choices.

This is the face of a very determined woman! I'm getting back in that gym. I'm doing a better job of logging my foods on my fitness pal BUT making better choices.
This is my lunch today:

Zuppa Toscana from Olive Garden. 1 bowl. So good!!!

ReplyDeleteyesterday I made an Olive Garden gnocchi soup knockoff. Delish! I gotta post the recipe sometime soon. As for resetting, that's what I call needing a "do-over". And we all need it sometimes. You're still doing great, Trish. xo
