Breakfast

Lunch


Tuna fish, salsa and spelt crackers. Oh sooo good!

Snack


A wonderful pomegranate herbal tea. It hit the spot on this yummy cold winter day.

Half a blueberry muffin and cafe mocha from Tim Horton's. (these pics disappeared! Weird)

Dinner


Trish's Slow Cooker Lasagna. Mmmmmm. It was pretty good if I do say so myself.

Snack
