Yes I actually enjoy Mondays! Don’t hate me…I just do. A new week to make choices and make strides in my goals.
After moving to our new home I was sent some of the new Chicken of the Sea No Drain Tuna in Solid White Albacore, Solid Light Lemon Pepper. I LOVE Tuna!
I also wanted to try something other than the typical tuna salad. With the plain albacore I did make tuna salad…but with the lemon pepper I tried something else…
I was making a chicken alfredo for my fam the other night and decided to change mine up a bit.
I mixed my veggies, tuna and alfredo sauce together…![]()
added a little cheese to the top…![]()
Placed it in the oven to heat through and melt the cheese!![]()
So easy…
So full of protein…
So good!!
How would YOU like to try this yummy tuna for yourself?
Well Jazmine wants to give one of you readers a No Drain prize pack too!!
From Jazmine:
“Chicken of the Sea’s No Drain Tuna uses patented technology to make eating and using tuna in recipes a lot easier – that means no can opener, no juices to spill and no mess! High in protein and low in calories and fat, this new tuna is a healthy and super convenient addition to any pantry. Chicken of the Sea is currently featuring a coupon on its Facebook page good for $0.50 off any No Drain Tuna purchase.
While many of us know the health benefits of eating seafood, the USDA says Americans are not consuming enough of the lean protein. Chicken of the Sea No Drain Tuna is a great option for a grab-and-go lunch or during downtime because there is no need for a can opener, no risk of spilling tuna juice and it's a natural source of lean protein and heart-healthy Omega-3s.”
