I participated in a twitter chat the other day and a question came up about what we are grateful for. Yesterday I did mention how grateful I am for my family and friends. In with the friend category are some really amazing and inspiring online “friends” I have had the privilege to “meet” and get to know through their words.
There is Diane from Fit to the Finish. She blogs healthy lifestyle choices after losing AND keeping off 150 pounds. She has even written and published a book about how she did it that I had the privilege of reading and reviewing.
Then there is Carla AKA MizFitOnline from… MizFitOnline …that is unapologetically herself and makes no excuses to get fitness in daily. She has so many great ideas about living a healthy active lifestyle. She has recently released a creation of her for sale and I WANT ONE!! I WILL get one as a reward to myself for a job well done!
Check it out…Now I want to tell you about Susan from Food Food Body Body. Susan shares her journey of transformation using Weight Watchers. She is such a rock star at it SHE is now a leader! She shares her fitness goals and accomplishments and inspires as she goes!
Then there is Jules from Just Jules who is so inspiring to me. She is transforming her outer AND inner self and shares that journey with the world. We challenged each other in the beginning of the year to kick off 2012 in a GOOD way.
Next is Holly from 300 Pounds Down. I think her blog title says it all don’t you? Holly is amazing in what she is accomplishing…seriously! Not just in weight loss but in attitude and outlook. She has overcome some horrid things that have to her and is using those as a positive influence to be better not just for herself BUT for her kids as well!
Now there is Jody from Truth 2 Being Fit. This woman simply amazes me! At 54 she lifts and looks way younger than she is. At 54 I really hope I look half as good as she does! She works hard and it absolutely shows!
Then there is Tracy from My Tiny Tank. She lost 130 pounds and blogs about how life is 12 years after weight loss surgery and how she is still using that tool from surgery to live an active healthy lifestyle.
Finally I have Karen from Karen C. L. Anderson who I have actually met in person! She was and is my only blogging friend I have actually been able to meet in person and she is as true in person and she is through her writing on her blog. She shares her journey of self acceptance and awareness and really gives food for thought. She too has written and published a book that is an awesome read into ourselves as well.
I am beginning to look for inspiration from within myself but will always find inspiration outwards too and these are my go-to’s for that.
Thank you all for your encouragement and inspiration.
Until next time…
