- 4 Potatoes
- 16oz. bag frozen cauliflower
- 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/3c. greek 0% fat yogurt(I prefer Chobani)
- 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- Peel and dice potatoes(this helps cook quicker).
- Place in pot of water and begin to boil.
- Add cauliflower and allow to boil again.
- Boil for about 15 minutes.
- Drain and mash adding the remainder of ingredients.
Serves 8
