Healthier Loaded Mashed PotatoesHealthier Loaded Mashed Potatoes
  • 4 Potatoes
  • 16oz. bag frozen cauliflower
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/3c. greek 0% fat yogurt(I prefer Chobani)
  • 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Peel and dice potatoes(this helps cook quicker).
  2. Place in pot of water and begin to boil.
  3. Add cauliflower and allow to boil again.
  4. Boil for about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain and mash adding the remainder of ingredients.

Serves 8
