Menu Plan Monday ~ 2.13.2012

mpm-11Breakfasts:

Pancake bites, protein shake, oatmeal, yogurt with fruit or eggs with fruit
Lunches:

Leftovers from dinner, soup, smoothie, frozen meal or beans and brown rice with veggies.
Snacks:

protein pudding, fruit or veggies

Dinners…

Monday ~ Thai Tofu and salad

Tuesday ~ One Pot Chili with cornbread

Wednesday ~ Onion Pork & Rice Casserole and applesauce

Thursday Baked Veggie Mac ‘N Cheese and carrots with ranch dip

Friday ~ Hearty Beef & Bulgur Stew

Saturday ~ Pizza night with salad

Sunday ~  Roast Turkey, mashed potatoes and corn

  1. Favorite meal is definitely something Indian :) I love using lots of spices to add a lot of flavor for minimal calories.
