Egg Muffins

Ingredients

    12 eggs 
    1c fat free cheese 
    1 cup cooked spinach 
    2 oz canadian bacon, diced

Directions

Mix all, except laughing cow cheese, together. Divide amongst 18 muffin cups divide LC cheese into 4ths and top each muffin cup with 1/4 cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until center is firm.
