Chicago…Greek…Who Knew?

Saturday we went and did a monthly shopping spree and stopped for a late lunch early dinner combo at a place called Uno’s. I have seen this place every time we go to the mall and for some odd reason always thought it was a fast food type place…it is FAR from it! I Loved this place!
Hubs and I ordered the Farmer’s Market Deep dish…oh my!!! I was really happy this was a lunch/dinner combo because I had 3 glorious pieces!
This morning I decided to have some Greek yogurt for breakfast…
with some added peaches to it. Lunch today was at the park where we had a whiffle ball game with the kids and a bunch of friends. Good times! Cathy made an awesome spread but I seem to do better budgeting what I am eating myself…so I packed my lunch.I made egg salad and spread it on a Flatout Fold-it, some cucumber slices and baby peppers along with 4T fat free ranch dressing. If you look real close up in the top right hand corner you will see home made whoopie pies…I did not have any! =) I am really proud of myself!
Dinner I tried something new that I received a coupon for a free product from FoodBuzz. They did not carry them here locally so it took going to the Super Wal-mart tog et them and I decided upon a  quick meal…which this was.  I am definitely NOT a box meal gal…I rather cook from scratch, but I really did enjoy this…It was very quick, easy and delish!
So dinner was shrimp and lobster ravioli from Bertolli and a side of spinach.
The sauce was really good too…a garlic butter sauce. Ina  pinch for the price I would definitely buy this again.
For dessert I bought a tiny single serving size Edy’s ice cream. Serving portion…can’t go back for more…and soooo very good!
Do you have an Uno Chicago Grill near you? If you do tell me please what IS your favorite meal there?!
