This is going to be really short as this week has been really nothing. Remember this is why HERE.
So we might as well move onto the weigh in….
Last weeks weight: 318.7
This weeks weight: 311.2
Weight Difference this week: -7.5!!! Holy cow!
Total weight loss: 50.2 woot woot!!!
ok despite being a horrible week the scale really liked me! I know this is because I really was not eating and I so hope it does not sling back on me once my appetite returns, I am going to really work on it not returning but keeping the mind frame it certainly could.
What will I do this week?
I will continue with what I started.
- Make attainable goals each week (adding to previous weeks when become part of my routine)
- Use my BodyBugg to track activity, calorie burn and steps
- Photo Journal my food intake
- Walk 30 minutes TU, W, F, SA
- Make sure I stretch first thing when I wake for 10 minutes to get the blood flowing and body limber
- Drink 80 oz water daily
- 7 – 8 fruits/ veggies a day
- strength train on M Th
- No processed foods (90/10 rule, I live in the real world)
I did not succeed in any of them and if I did I honestly do not remember succeeding in any of them…onto a new week!
