How was my week?
My week was going along ok…busy with summer things so not photo journaling my food, but all was great until Wednesday… then the flood gates of hell broke loose and I really thought my week was going to be in the pooper…weight loss wise…Umm no…it was actually pretty good!

What will I do this week?
I will continue with what I started.
- Make attainable goals each week (adding to previous weeks when become part of my routine)
- Use my BodyBugg to track activity, calorie burn and steps
- Photo Journal my food intake
- Walk 30 minutes TU, W, F, SA
- Make sure I stretch first thing when I wake for 10 minutes to get the blood flowing and body limber
- Drink 80 oz water daily
- 7 – 8 fruits/ veggies a day
- strength train on M Th
- No processed foods (90/10 rule, I live in the real world)
- Journaling… 0 out of 7 days
- 30 minutes of activity… 4 out of 7 days
- Stretch in the AM …4 out of 7 days
- 80 oz water …3 out of 7 days
- fruits/veggies …3 out of 7 days
- Strength train…1 out of 2 days
This week will be better…each day i feel myself getting stronger, not only physically but mentally and emotionally as well, Thank you so much to all of you who support me, cheer for me or just stop by and lurk. If something I do or say helps someone lese…that makes this all worth the time and effort I put into it.
When stress arrives…because we all know it will…how do you react?
