Meal 1 I had oats, PB and banana w/ flax mixed in. A cup of coffee with 1/2c skim and stevia ![]()
Meal 2 was 1/2 grapefruit and a baked oatmeal bar…the coffee cup has water…honest!![]()
Meal 3 I had salad with mandarin orange segments and a little olive oil over top.![]()
Meal 4 was a spinach salad with a raspberry vinaigrette, steamed green beans and carrots and baked polenta slices with mozzarella. ![]()
Meal 5 was another salad with chickpeas and again olive oil and this time a squeeze of lemon over top.
That was it, we spent a long afternoon at the lake swimming and hiking and enjoying the very short summer we have here in Maine.It was a muggy one, I heard a lot of complaining going on…but not from me…I am soaking in the heat so come winter I am not miserable.
I woke sore this morning…amazing how something so relaxing can really work out your muscles. I do love swimming!
