Meal 1 was fat free plain yogurt with Kiwi. I have not had coffee the past few days, not sure why, I seem to go through these phases. Not experiencing any withdrawal effects either which is weird. Not complaining, just think it is weird.
I started my day off not only with a healthy yogurt but a large water bottle.![]()
Meal 2 was scrambled eggs with a slice of Canadian bacon and a side of kiwi.![]()
Meal 3 was smoothie made with almond milk, strawberries and cherries. It was very filling and tasty!
Meal 4 was a peach and a serving of almonds. I think this
is probably one of my fave snacks…because it is an easy grab and go option.
Meal 5 consisted of a Boca Burger, hummus, carrot sticks and steamed broccoli.![]()
Meal 6 was a other yogurt…plain fat free with added frozen cherries and more water.
Water: 80 oz.
Fruits/Veggies: 9
Steps: 11283
Exercise: 30 min walk
Daily Calorie Burn: * Not able to wear Body Bugg…Reviewing Direct Life and will be reporting that beginning next week.
