Since being sick this is my first full day of photo journaling my food…have to say it was eye opening again! Breakfast was a healthy bowl of oats with flax seed and peanut butter along with a large glass of water…jar actually!
About 2 or 3 hours later I had an apple a side of yogurt to
dip it. I use plain fat free yogurt that I add a box of sugar free fat free cheesecake flavored yogurt. I know not exactly “clean” and that is indeed what I am aiming for, but this is a work in progress and I happen to enjoy it…a lot!
Lunch was GOOD!! I used some Olivia’s Organic spinach…2 hard boiled organic eggs…shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. It really hit the spot and man I gotta tell you…so simple but amazing taste. Oh and yes a Klean Kanteen filled with ice water…it was HOT here today.

Did I mention it was HOT today? Oh yeah I did, ok so the kids and I were out doing errands…we were hot…thirsty…a bit hungry so I bought these…
Oh they hit the spot! At just 60 calories each I declared the right for each of us to have 2…and 2 we did!
Time came for us to go get Hubs from work and well…Hubs enjoys a cup of Green Mountain Coffee now and again from Dead River. Today…I fell for a treat as well. The Edy’s did not hold me over…go figure…no protein.
I caved…BIG TIME!!!!

Coffee with cream AND a swiss roll. I did not even really enjoy the swiss roll that much SIGH. Lesson learned…while Edy’s is not a bad snack…it will NOT hold me until dinner…ea a better snack tomorrow.

I got right back on track for dinner. A salad made from garden veggies…nothing better than fresh lettuce pulled from the garden!
Here is my work station prepping dinner tonight.![]()
I cut up baby portabella mushrooms and pineapple. I used flat outs as our crusts…Hannaford brand part skim mozzarella and a home made pizza sauce.
All ready to go in the oven…

Now we are ready for dinner…
A nice close-up of the delicious pizza!!![]()
And 2 more quarters to finish off my meal.
That is my day in eats…
How do you like your pizza?
