Review: Flatout Crisps

I was sent a box of Crisps from flatout* to try…THANK YOU…they come in 4 flavors…Multigrain, Sea Salt, Four Cheese and Garlic Herb. The family and I tried them and I gathered all there input to share with you. It was unanimous of which bag was all of our favorite…that will be revealed at the end.
We first tried the Four Cheese as I am a huge cheese fan. I was not entirely thrilled with the taste…neither was any family member. they were honestly a bit on the bland side.
Next we went with the Garlic and Herb. My youngest was not wanting to try them at all as he does not like garlic, though the rest of us did. The verdict…again a little disappointed. We do not eat chips that often, but when we do they are usually packed with flavor. This had just a hint of garlic and if you like just a hint these are for you.
Now came the Sea Salt. At this point we were not expecting much…previous 2 were on the bland side and there was not a “flavor” per say.  They were great…all agreed.
Last we tried the Multigrain. Again, no flavor anticipated and they were OK. Not great, but not bad either. Again the entire family agreed on the verdict of how they liked them.
I loved the texture, the ingredients were not horrible and I love the flatouts for my sandwiches.
So which did we all fight over? The Sea Salt! By far this was ever family members favorite and we all wanted MORE! So will we buy them? I am not entirely sure I would buy the Four Cheese or Garlic Herb, but the Sea Salt absolutely, the Multigrain if Sea Salt were not available.

  1. I love sea salt flavoring myself...especially when it's paired with vinegar!

    Thanks for the review!
