Wednesday Weigh-in


Ok This will be short and brief. I am the same nothing gained nothing lost. I can’t lie that does frustrate me! BUT I will work hard on getting over it and moving on. Take things day by day and meal by meal and eventually I will find myself at goal!
I did the last chance tworkout with the Shrinking Jeans Sisterhood last night and I am well sore…when does sore not happen. I am exercising and moving and still get sore…new muscles maybe being used. Oh well sore is good, a good reminder to me that I am doing and going in the right direction.

  2. I am also rooting for you! I weigh in on Friday's and it was the same for me. Nothing lost and nothing gained. I am really hoping this week will be kinder to me. =)

  3. I am trying really hard to learn to appreciate that sore muscle feeling. Kind of like learning to appreciate the feeling of hunger. Not something I'm used to, but I'm practicing!

  5. Hang in there! It's frustrating when the scale doesn't move, but it happens. Just know that what you're doing will get you to goal.

  6. I love that sore feeling, but I have to wonder, does it ever end? Some days I hobble around the house all day long! The scale may not be moving but you are getting healthier!
