Wednesday Weigh-In
I made Oatmeal Blueberry Bake for breakfast that turned out really good. Looking for the recipe? You can get it here.
It was leftovers from the night before for lunch accompanied by cut up strawberries. A lovely pair! What was dinner the night before? Well you can check it out here.
I sautéed up some summer squash and mushrooms and paired it with some cooked sweet italian sausage over whole wheat couscous and then a side of sweet peas. Dinner was really good!
What you do not see pictured was an apple I had for snack before dinner and a bowl of popcorn I had later while watching the biggest Loser and do my Last Chance Tworkout! along with the Shrinking Jeans Sister Hood. Am I sore this morning? You betcha! Between doing day 2 of the Shred and then last night ouch!
So this is the first full week of the Spring Fling Challenge and I am updating my progress . I was Three seventeen last week and this morning I weighed three fifteen for a loss of two pounds this week! Yay me! I am chipping away little by little. I so look forward to being below three hundred! Then I will need to be determined to get FAR away from it because I have been there before and plateau and wind up back up over it again. I will no…I CAN NOT allow that to happen this time around…I just can’t!
