Persistence

water

The water is still not back to where it is consumable, it is being worked on but we now need to wait for another specialist to come. I hope he will be able to early this week. So for now I am still using bottled water, though have been assured it is OK to use to wash the clothes and the dishes, I at least now have a clean kitchen, that is very helpful. I also bought paper goods so we can use those a bit until water gets back to 100%image

 How have I done?

I do not like this question this week. I do not feel as though I accomplished anything that I set out to do. I am moving forward, I do accept the decisions I have made for the good or the bad. I accomplished moving more via the Shred, but other than that not so much.

How do I feel…

I feel like poop. I have eaten that way the past few days and you know over and over again I keep re-living this whole scenario. What I eat directly effects how I feel physically, mentally and the outlook I have on myself. I wonder how many more times I am going to need to feel this before I only eat what my body needs. Onto a much better week! If nothing else I am persistent! image

Well, this weight loss journey has it's ups and downs. I don't know of anyone who did EVERYTHING exactly right on the way to their goal weight. That person does NOT exist.

But you are where you are today, you have evaluated the situation, and you have a solid plan for the coming week. That is what matters at this point.

As besides, I had a crusty buttery bread loaf situation yesterday. Ooops.

xoxo!! to you! :)

Persistence, I need some, too. Your post made me laugh today. I needed it. "I feel Like Poop". LOL So do I. Let's get out of our funk and not feel this way next week. :-)

Life throws us curve balls and obstacles, and who we are is reflected in how we respond. You have a plan and you are WORKIN' IT! That's is SO important! I know the weekly, even daily, frustrations get us down. But you are doing GREAT!!! You are so inspiring and I'm so thankful that you are part of the Sistahood!

I am sorry the week has not been what you wanted. If it means anything I love seeing you about in the morning on twitter. From your online presence I had no idea the days have not been going as you had wanted. I will work to support you more. You are persistent and I have no doubt you will keep working towards your goals.

I am the same way...you just know you shouldnt be eating crap cause it makes you feel like crap...but we do it anyways. Its a vicious circle we put ourselves through. We always have new days and today is the day we eat healthy...So grab some fruits and veggies and keep drinking that water!

Funny you should write this because after the past few days all I kept saying to myself is..junk in, junk out. It's really important what we put into our bodies. Good luck for next week! It looks like you have it planned.

You've come a long way, Trish, and I think it's pretty normal to "trip" along the way. What's important is that you're picking yourself up every fall, and you move forward. --- @ImAHotMom

You've come a long way Trish. This has certainly been a rocky road for me so I know where you're coming from. You've got great goals for the upcoming week, and a great meal plan. You can do it.
I too need to re-focus on smaller goals. Great idea!

What is corn mush? It sounds very appetizing! ; ) Your food didn't look like you did too bad at all, so don't kick yourself. If you do that for no good reason, then I'll have to come over there & kick u for a good one...I'll make one up. *hugs*
DRINK MORE WATER...the water czar has spoken.
