Weekly weigh in I was down .4, so am I still plateauing? We shall see Wednesday. Eating I have done a bit better, loving my body more by treating it better with what I put in it for fuel.How do I feel…

Breakfasts: oatmeal, yogurt with fruit or eggs with fruit
Lunches: Leftovers from dinner, smoothie or beans and brown rice with veggies.
Snacks: fruit with nuts or hummus & veggies
Dinners…
Monday ~ Veggie Chili with cornbread
Tuesday ~ Baked Pasta and saladWednesday ~ Hearty Beef & Bulgur Stew
Thursday ~ Maple crusted salmon, mashed sweet potatoes and steamed asparagus
Friday ~ pizza night with salad
Saturday ~ Fajitas with corn tortillas and a spinach salald
Sunday ~ Turkey, corn, homemade cranberry sauce and spinach
Goals:
- Focus on only 5 pounds at a time
- do 30 minutes of activity daily, something…anything
- Get 6500 steps a day (upped from 5000)
- Get in 100oz water daily (upped from 64oz)
- Continue to Journal my food/steps/exercise
- Eat whole unprocessed foods 90% AKA Clean Eating
