Days Are Getting Easier

IMG_0329

Another morning with a Blueberry Oatmeal Bake for breakfast…MMM. Have you seen the recipe yet? It is here and while you are checking out the recipe be sure to enter the Truvia Giveaway, it ends Sunday.

I love when I have leftovers…leftovers that are good, tasty and easily considered a “whole” or “clean” food. So that is what my lunch was. I had leftover couscous, peas and sautéed squash. I added 2 triangles of Sonoma Jacks Light cheese. No it is not a clean food but it is not entirely horrible either. It gave me IMG_0333that little bit of IMG_0336protein I needed…until..around 3 and I felt my tummy rumbling.

So what is one to do? Grab a frozen Vanilla Fiber One yogurt from the freezer! oh I love me some Fiber One yogurts…especially frozen. They taste like something IMG_0340sinful!

Do you eat frozen yogurt? Not frozen yogurt as in the “ice cream” version, but rather true yogurt that you put in the freezer to make a delish not so guilty pleasure?

Dinner I visited Bell The Cat and had and chicken avocado salad that I do not have a photo of because...well…I forgot my camera at home. It was delish though. It had avocado, porcini peppers, tomato, chicken and croutons on a bed of romaine. I had olive oil and balsamic vinegar over for my dressing and water to drink..it was very tasty.

I have never made "frozen yogurt" but what a brilliant idea!
