Ranch Dressing


    1c light mayonnaise
    1c fat free yogurt (drained for about 2 hours)
    1T fresh chopped parsley
    1t onion powder
    1/2t garlic powder
    1/2t sea salt
    1T parmesan cheese
    Dash of dill weed
    1/8t pepper


Start by draining the yogurt for about 2 hours in a strainer lined with a coffee filter.
Put everything into a blender and mix until smooth. The mixture will be a little thin, but it will thicken.Store in a pint sized glass jar.
Makes 2-cups.
1 serving = 2T
