Breakfast was simply 2 bananas…Lunch was a salad at the hospital loaded with veggies
No snacking today…I was really busy.
Then we have my dinner salad with 2 clementines.
My salad consisted of…
- spring mix
- red pepper
- zucchini
- broccoli
- olives’
- olive oil
Today is my Weight Watcher weigh-in and according to my scale I have not lost anything…sortta bummed about that…I am trying to remain positive though knowing Rome was not built in a day. My headache is back again this morning and that I am really not happy abut. I have been drinking about 64 oz of water a day and i think I may try to boost that a little today.
Thank you for following my adventures in the 30 Day Vegan Raw Challenge…While I am enjoying some…I really am looking forward to February arriving. To be back eating all in balance and moderation…and I miss my coffee…there I said it!
Hang in there Trish. I really admire your commitment. The caffeine withdrawl can last quite a while in my experience.
