You Win Some…You Lose Some

DSC09193

Breakfast ~ coffee with skim milk and sun crystals,2 slices wheat toast topped with PB and an orange on the sideDSC09195

I love that I make my own bread. I know what goes in it and feel good about serving it to my family. This morning I needed to make more as I have been a bit behind in the bread baking aspect of my routine. So the above were the loaves that came out…just in time for lunch! One loaf went directly into the freezer, the other was half devoured with lunch…below…tuna salad sammies!

Lunch ~ Tuna sammie(on fresh baked wheat bread) and an apple

No photo…mindless eating…box brought to me as kids wanted snack…left at my desk while I was working…bad combo! I should have gotten up and put them back…I will next time!

snack~ 12 gingersnaps (bad choice)

Dinner~meatloaf, broccoli topped with olive oil and fat free cheese and carrots. I packed this to take with me so I had a healthy dinner to eat after my Weight Watcher meeting…this is progress for me in a  big way!

Not pictured…

Snack ~ 2 soft peppermint sticks, whole grain english muffin topped with natural PB and 1/4c chocolate chips

Water ~48 OZ (I really need to focus more on water intake)

Exercise~ rest day

Weight Watchers weigh in~ lost 3.2!

Total loss -10.4

Yes a successful week! A lot of good choices, some non-scale victories (they will be discussed tomorrow in Fitness Friday) and overall I am really happy about what I did.

Now it is YOUR turn…

Do you sometime mindless eat? If so what things do you eat?

WAHOO! Congratulations on your success! I have a motto: You win some, you learn some! ;-) But, losing is good, too!

I mindless eat. A lot. Almonds are my weakness as they are one of the things I can grab and shove into my mouth. I need to stop this or replace those almonds with veggies instead. In fact, I WILL! ;-) Thanks for talking me into that!
