Wheat Pancakes

Adapted from Hodgsion Mills recipe on back of box

Ingredients

    2eggs 
    1 1/4 c skim milk 
     2T sweetener(I used stevia)

Directions

Combine all ingredients until smooth. Pour 1/4c batter onto medium hot pan/griddle. Cook until dry around edges and bubbles begin to break on the surface. Turn over and cook until golden brown.

  4. Love Stevia. It's the main sweetener I use, and the main one I recommend to clients. But I don't think many people digest wheat too well. I tend to go for other whole grains.
