A Successful Day

 Breakfast ~ coffee with skim milk and sun crystals, creamy grits with peppers and onions and topped with fat free american cheese. I had an apple on the side DSC09187Lunch ~ leftover chili with baked polenta topped with fat free cheddar and 2T sour cream

 Dinner~Spaghetti "pizza"(this had turkey pepperoni, fat free mozzarella and1t olive oil) a side of cooked carrotsDSC09192 Snack~ slice of chocolate cake(this was made just using pumpkin and devils food cake mix) topped with fat free whipped cream

Water 48 OZ (I really need to focus more on water intake)

Exercise~ Day 5 Active Challenge

I think it was a successful day!

I would have to say it's a tie between a apple or peach crumble and cheesecake :)

Never have had crumble anything...but cheescake...THAT has to stay FAR away from me! :)

Definitely cheesecake - and yes, it is dangerous!!! I try to only get it when I am eating out and can share.

I am crushin' on those grits!

My favorite dessert is probably bread pudding. And for bread pudding to be really good, it also has to be really unhealthy- tons of eggs and butter and cream and so on. Definitely an OCCASIONAL treat!
