Breakfast ~ coffee with skim milk and sun crystals, creamy grits with peppers and onions and topped with fat free american cheese. I had an apple on the side Lunch ~ leftover chili with baked polenta topped with fat free cheddar and 2T sour cream
Dinner~Spaghetti "pizza"(this had turkey pepperoni, fat free mozzarella and1t olive oil) a side of cooked carrots Snack~ slice of chocolate cake(this was made just using pumpkin and devils food cake mix) topped with fat free whipped cream
Water 48 OZ (I really need to focus more on water intake)
