Peanut Butter, lightened up

From the "The Eat-Clean Diet for Family and Kids"

Ingredients

    1c plain low fat yogurt(drained overnight)
    1/2c natural peanut butter

Directions

Drain yogurt overnight in a strainer lined with a coffee filter.
mix with peanut butter.
keep in fridge, use within a few days.
1T is a serving
