Need To Eat More

I got called early to my sons speech appointment this morning due tot he impending weather situation so my breakfast was pretty nonexistent other than a banana(not shown ) and my coffee with skim)

So we will move onto lunchDSC09255

I made a grilled sammie with fat free american that I grilled in a little olive oil and had 2 clementines on the side. Very very goodDSC09258

Dinner was a bit of a change from my plan…I still have LOADS of leftover turkey from company Sunday so I decided to make a BBQ turkey pizza…and it was good! I added steamed spinach and prince edward mix to it and very good and filling.DSC09259

  Later that night I was a little hungry so I grabbed 2 clementines for a snack. I love these little things and only about 40 calories a piece….a gem of a snack!

SO before you look at my daily report from yesterday I will tell you I was really REALLY low on the calories(to my surprise) though I did meet my calorie deficit, which is good though definitely need to eat more today and contrast that with more movement. For me it is more of a struggle with the moving during a week of the month….this is the week…so I am pushing…which I actually did with my 30 day challenge. My back is KILLING me but I pushed through it anyway..

The thing was I was really wanting to make fudge too, but decided I would go get my workout over with first. I am so glad I did because when I was done with it…I just plain did not want the fudge!

I rarely have the problem of under eating becuase I am always hungry!

What program are you using to track your diet?

You know come ot think of it yes every now and again but not near often enough!
I admire that you can do all of this baking and cooking and still stay on track. I do not even dare to. I have ALWAYS ruined my plan. I am ok with some but no way to baking any sort of sweets so I am trying to just avoid it altogether.
I think we may be trying your meatloaf soon it looks really good!

One day last week I didn't bring enough food to work, so I toughed it out instead of getting fast food crap.

I was so lightheaded by the time I got home, it was ridiculous.

dont often have a problem of not being hungry...but I love those clementines too!

I had to learn to do this too. It's so easy to get focused on eating healthy and light, that you can fall into the trap of unintentionally eating too little. Good for you on recognizing it.

I've been fascinated with those body bugg's. They are amazing!

Trish, I am plain ol' just craving junk food. All I want to do all day is snack on CRAP then I don't feel like eating my meals...I am so off track with EVERYTHING I need to get recentered...just not sure how. Except that following people like you is inspiring and helps me to remember to keep my eyes on the prize...instead of the cookies :)
