So we will move onto lunch…
I made a grilled sammie with fat free american that I grilled in a little olive oil and had 2 clementines on the side. Very very good
Dinner was a bit of a change from my plan…I still have LOADS of leftover turkey from company Sunday so I decided to make a BBQ turkey pizza…and it was good! I added steamed spinach and prince edward mix to it and very good and filling.
Later that night I was a little hungry so I grabbed 2 clementines for a snack. I love these little things and only about 40 calories a piece….a gem of a snack!
SO before you look at my daily report from yesterday I will tell you I was really REALLY low on the calories(to my surprise) though I did meet my calorie deficit, which is good though definitely need to eat more today and contrast that with more movement. For me it is more of a struggle with the moving during a week of the month….this is the week…so I am pushing…which I actually did with my 30 day challenge. My back is KILLING me but I pushed through it anyway..
The thing was I was really wanting to make fudge too, but decided I would go get my workout over with first. I am so glad I did because when I was done with it…I just plain did not want the fudge!
