Meatloaf

Ingredients

    2 medium eggs 
    1 onion, finely chopped 
    2 c spinach( frozen, thawed) 

Directions

Put the ingredients into a bowl. Use your hands to mix and mash everything together. Continue until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed. Press this mixture into a 13x9-inch pan. Pack it tightly and smoothing it down so it's pretty on top. Bake at 400  for at least half an hour.
Pour barbeque sauce over top and return to oven for about another 10 minutes. Remove the meatloaf and allow to rest for a few minutes to firm up.
