I would Have Given Up

Breakfast ~ coffee with skim milk and sun crystals, 2 eggs, 3 thin slices canadian bacon whole grain english muffin with 1t country crock . This looked like a face to me…and my daughter…too funny!DSC09200

Snack~ 2 soft candy sticks (note to selfkeep peppermint anything OUT OF THE HOUSE!!!)

Lunch ~ Brown rice, veggies, black beans topped with fat free cheese and fat free sour cream avocado on side. I am a volume eater so load me up on veggies please. DSC09201

This really was so filling and calorie wise not bad at all…though looks like it would kill the daily allotment.

Dinner~Beef & barley stew with 2 biscuits and 1/2T country crock. these biscuits were sooo good! I really wanted more…was only going to have 1…caved for the second, but so worth it. DSC09207

Snack~ 2 soft peppermint sticks(those evil sticks again!!), air popped popcorn drizzled     with canola oil and seasoning

Water~ 48 OZ

Exercise~ Day 7 Easactive challenge

I totally burned up a lot of WPA’s today, I am definitely going to need to add a LOT more activity to my days this week to add some more back. Hey there is a step in the right direction…I WANT to add more activity to balance out what I did…in the past I would have thrown in the towel!

SO now it is your turn…If you have a bad day eating wise…do you throw in the towel?

Heck no! I don't throw in the towel...as soon as I eat one not-so-clean meal or snack whether it's one or a day of them...I ask myself if it was worth it? The answer is no 9 times out of 10.

A good sweaty workout and lots of water help get my head back in the game, too!

No worries, sweetheart, today is a brand new day!
