- 15 oz can of chickpeas
, drained
- 1/4c water
- 1/4c lemon juice
- 1/2c fresh parsley
- 2T peanut butter
- 2t minced fresh garlic
- 1/2t sea salt
Directions
Rinse chickpeas under running water and drain well. Place them in a blender1 serving is approximately 1/3-cup.
Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.(not included in NI)
