Hummus

Ingredients

Directions

Rinse chickpeas under running water and drain well. Place them in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and process at high speed for 2 minutes. You will need to stir the contents every few seconds or so. When the mixture is smooth it is done. Scrape into a reseal able container. Chill until serving time.
1 serving is approximately 1/3-cup.
Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.(not included in NI)
