Breakfast: Pumpkin Pancakes with sf syrup…mmm my fave of all time!
Lunch: a Josephs flax pita topped with turkey salad and 2 clementines (they are now all gone…need to buy some more!)
Dinner: pulled chicken with hot barbeque sauce, brown rice, spinach and broccoli.

I ate more and would up not moving as much as I wanted...back still hurting with the monthly. Today is a new day with more opportunities though and I plan on making the most of it.
I really like how I am able to track where I need to work on...like protein...need to up my protein a little and I also think I may need to adjust my calorie intake as well. I really was quite satisfied with 1600 calories...the thought of trying to eat another 600 well candy comes to mind...not what I want in my body.
This a a fine tuning of things and I think I am on the right track. I peeked at the scale and I am down a pound and a half since Wednesday. Now I know I know weight fluctuates, so I am not "counting" this loss...yet...but I would like to hold onto it until Wednesday when I officially weigh in again.

Trish great job, those pancakes look delicious. The body bugg looks so cool, what exercise do you do to burn so many calories? That is really awesome!
Those pancakes do look delicious! My fave protein sources are smoked turkey and low fat cheese. And chicken cooked any number of ways.
