Breakfast: canadian bacon, 2 eggs with 1 slice fat free amercian cheese and of course coffee and skim milk
Lunch: was turkey, brussell sprouts and coked carrots
Snack: 2 clementines and popcorn (air popped) drizzled with a little canola oil
Dinner: Beans and Brown Rice with a side of steamed broccoli
Snack: whole grain english muffin with natural peanut butter and some chocolate chips with a banana on the side.

Watching the Biggest Loser finale last night was so amazing. The transformations are unreal. Danny looked so much younger and he truly is a handsome man! Amanda looked positively amazing as well. So many others…too many really too mention other than 1 more…my fave…Shay! Oh my she has come a long way and I could really identify with her. Subway earns more of my respect stepping up to the plate like that with the challenge they offered her! What a motivating factor on top of what would already be motivating and that is what she has already accomplished.
MY journey as well continues and I am preparing to apply to hopefully be one of the 2 next #Mamavation Moms in January. I am still learning the process and I know there will be voting involved if I make it to the top 5 so I am going to need your support because I really want this. I NEED this.
