Breakfast was awesome!
Creamy Grits with a slice of fat free amerian cheese and my 2nd cup of coffee with skim and stevia. I also had a banana.![]()
No morning snack.
Lunch was a creamy broccoli soup and an orange. The soup was ok, not sure I will make it again…or I might work on it as the taste seemed a bit on the bland side.![]()
Dinner was not very colorful but it was whole wheat pasta topped with pumpkin sauce and chicken sausage with a side of cauliflower.![]()
On our way home we needed gas and this cute little gingerbread man begged to come home and be my snack…so I allowed him. :)![]()
…and he was good! :)
I love that I was in total control…I love the simply filling technique with weight watchers. I lost 50 pounds my first go round using the core…some came back…but I know I will succeed with the new simply filling technique…I just need to focus on my small goals…10 pounds at a time.
I also drank 48 oz water…no liquids, just water, “played” on wii for 45 minutes and took my vitamin.
Today I have the same opportunity to make great choices…for me…I WILL.

Oh no. I totally screwed up on water. I'd be surprised if I drank 20 ounces in the last two days.
That's terrible?
But does wine count? I drank more wine that water. Ooops.
You are amazing! I love the pics of your food... hehe. I've been a bit out of the loop since I spent most of the week in the hospital with my little one. I LOVE grits... but I have never had it with cheese on top. Maybe one day I will get brave and try it!
