Choices are Reflected on the Scale

I went to Weight watchers last night totally bracing myself for a gain...gain I did. I was mentally prepared for it with all the extra stress these past 2 weeks, bad food choices now and again, my exercise was a hit or miss...more miss than hit and no meeting last week to help anchor me a bit more. I am up 1.6 pounds.I accept, forgive and will move on.

My eating totally reflected the mood of gloom of not wanting to go to weight watchers. Another expectation on my part.

Today is a new day, a new week also begins...This is where I truly will kick it in...half way through my fist follow week with the Momavation Moms and am totally inspired by what they are doing.

I appreciate the Mamavation Moms even more…Why? For this…

I sent out a tweet I was expecting the gain…that happened…and the support came…Look for yourself…

How great is that…to know others are right there with you.

Good for you! Understanding what caused the gain and learning from those experiences WILL HELP you SUCCEED on the journey.

Have a great week!

You are awesome! I was expecting a gain as well and did not go because of it. Lesson learned for me I should have. I cannot believe the anxiety this holidays bring for me when it comes to weightloss and nutrition.
You can do this and I will follow your lead! This is a new week and it will be much better.

Ah yes, community makes all the difference. It sucks trying to do it on your own. Not that it can't work, but that extra "mamavation" is a lovely thing.

Slow and steady wins the race. The mental game is the hardest game to play. You and I were in the same funk at the same time. You kick my butt, I will kick yours! Does that sound like a deal?

I'm proud of you for tweeting out and asking for encouragement. Sometimes that is all we need to keep going. But asking for it is hard. I'm so glad my girls were there at the exact time you needed them :)
