baked tofu

Ingredients

    1 pkg(14oz) extra firm Tofu
    1/2c plain bread crumbs
    1T parmesan cheese(veggie variety)
    1/4c italian dressing

Directions

Slice into 4 equal pieces.
Mix bread crumbs and parmesan together, set aside.
Place dressing in shallow bowl.
Dredge tofu in dressing and then bread crums. Place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees until browned, about 15 -20 minutes. Turning over after 10 minutes.
