I made an egg muffin for breakfast and had 2 slices Canadian bacon and 2 slices fat free cheese with my egg all for only 2 points!(I am doing the simply filling technique with Weight Watchers) It was so much better than had I drove through that drive-thru to get it and so much better for me.
Lunch was a leftover mess of brown rice, veggies and chicken with olive oil and some of this Land O Lakes Parmesan & Herb seasoning.
Dinner was awesome. I made the Cheezy Mexi Grits I m ade yesterday and topped them with “Meat”less Tacos, fat free cheddar and fat free sour cream. Oh man was it good!

Watching the biggest loser I was a little hungry so I cut one of these scrumptious oranges and made a hot toddy(still not feeling back to 100%).
It is a good feeling to have control of food instead of the other way around, it truly does. There is something about not having to count the points for most things I eat that truly sets me free of that all or nothing perfection mentality. I would be greatly discouraged with Weight Watchers if they took this aspect of the program away because I know I will make goal doing what I am doing now. So I guess I then need to mentally commit to continuing with what I am doing no matter what Weight Watchers decides regarding it or not.
