Wheat pancakes

Ingredients

    1 medium egg 
    1 c skim milk

Directions

mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.

place wet ingredients into a blender and mix.
 
add dry ingredients to blender slowly and mix well.
 
pour onto griddle coated with cooking spray and cook until bubbles appear on edges. Flip and cook until done.
