A bit nervous I went to my Weight Watcher class and to my
surprise delight,
I am down 4.2! Yes ladies and gentlemen despite the trials of all the unknowns I ate this week I somehow managed to shed 4 pounds of the me I want gone!
Today is a new day, new week and I am making time for me to plan…that was the topic last night at class…make ourselves a priority. In this way I
NEED will make time to
plan out a meal plan of attack as well as some
quick grab and go alternatives just in case.
My other item to work on this week is
exercise. I was doing great, then not sure what happened, back to struggling with it again. oh well that too will be penned into my day planner.
There was some chat about a “
Walking Around the World” challenge.
THAT just may be the thing to get me going. I
hate tolerate walking. I know it will do me good, I just find it , well boring! I guess I need to find something good to stick on my mp3 player to listen as I walk. I also would love to get a treadmill to place in my living room so that anytime I go to watch TV I make a deal with myself to walk while watching, or at least during commercials and work up to the entire show. Hmm just had a though(
THAT is what this is for me, a journal a way to think and put my thoughts to action) I
COULD walk in place during commercials. Yes
THAT will be my new goal. To walk in place during commercial breaks.
OK partial problem solved.
Goals for this week:
- make a meal plan with some wiggle room for grab and go situations that may arise
- Make time for more movement/exercise
