Cheezy Mexi Grits!

    Ingredients

      3/4 c total of red and green peppers and onions, chopped 
      1c water
      1/2c cooked corn 
      1/4c evap skim milk 
      seasonings of choice 
      1/4c fat free cheddar cheese

    Directions

    Heat oil in pot and sauté onions and peppers until soft. Add water. Bring to boil and slowly add cornmeal and corn in and stir. Lower to med low heat and cook for about 5 minutes. Add seasonings and milk, stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour into serving dish, top with cheese and enjoy. Nutritional Info

  5. Crust-less pumpkin pie!!! I SO need to do that! It's my favorite and never actually thought of doing something without the crust. Well, not that I bake all that much! doh! ;) Yummy Trish!
