Cheezy Mexi Grits!
Ingredients
3/4 c total of red and green peppers and onions, chopped
1/4c fat free cheddar cheese
Directions
Heat oil in pot and sauté onions and peppers until soft.
Add water. Bring to boil and slowly add cornmeal and corn in and stir. Lower to med low heat and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add seasonings and milk, stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into serving dish, top with cheese and enjoy.
