Crockpot Pulled Chicken

Ingredients

    3 pounds chicken breast, skinless and boneless
    1c ketchup
    2 1/2 T brown sugar
    2 1/2 T cider vinegar
    1 1/2 T Worcestershire sauce
    1T spicy brown mustard
    Tabasco to taste

Directions

Place chicken in Crockpot (I use frozen fillets). Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 8 hours (4 to 5 if not frozen). Enjoy over brown rice or on rolls.(not included in NI)
