Ingredients
- 2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup flour (white
- 1 T baking powder
- 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2T Flax seed
- 2 Egg
- 1T cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 cup skim milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients. Let rest for 30-60 minutes, then adjust thickness if desired by adding teaspoonBake on hot griddle
Refrigerate left over batter for use the next day or keep baked pancakes refrigerated one week to reheat.
