Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 1.5 cup skim milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 6 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 10 slices of light wheat bread, torn
Directions
1. In a mixing bowl2. Peel
3. In a greased 13x9-inch glass baking dish
4. Tear next 5 slices of bread and spread on top of the apples.
5. Pour egg/milk mixture into the baking dish. Cover with foil and let stand in the refrigerator for at least an hour (overnight would be best). Preheat oven to 350.
6. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes, or until eggs have cooked through.
