Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c TVP reconstituted in 1 1/2c water
1/2 c plain breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, chopped
3T Veggie parmesan cheese
3T Chopped fresh parsley
2 eggs
1/4 t oregano
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with cooking sray. Mix all ingredients very well and allow to stand for 15-20 minutes. Make mixture into 14 balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until browned.
Makes awesome meatball hoagies! Also are great in spaghetti.
