Ingredients
- 3 cups uncooked old fashioned oatmeal
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cup skim milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- stevia
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ T cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups canned pumpkin
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 Combine wet ingredients and add dry ingredients.Bake in sprayed 13x9 pan for 40-45 minutes.
Eat right away or keep in fridge. Both taste good.
