7-UP

Wednesday is my weigh-in day @WeighWatchers and for some reason I struggle with eating. My meeting time is not until 5:30 and that in itself is rough, I really do not like a night weigh-in but that is the only class available to me(downside of rural Maine only 1 class to chooses from). So as usual I was struggling and I mentioned it on twitter and a hero came to my rescue…@KyraTx! I had a homemade McMuffin the day before and it was really good but was out of english muffins. Enter in this message…twitter kyra Light bulb moment! Here is breakfast…

DSC08929DSC08928 Thank you Kyra…my hero for the day!

The day progressed and lunch rolled around and again…what to eat. Then I opened the fridge and my “meat”less taco meat stared me in the face, then I laid my eyes on some corn…so that is what I had, and it was good :) DSC08932

I added some fat free sour cream and fat free shredded cheddar to the top. A very tasty combo indeed! Very filling too I might add.

I was great until meeting and then up to after when my tummy got a little grumbly, so I ate an apple…no picture as it was dark out and I was eating it on my drive to the store to shop…for fun. I bought my younger 2 kiddos some stuff to help them smile while they are not feeling well and some teas for me. Pumpkin spice and green chia…had a cup of the pumpkin last night as well…very good.

At weight watchers we talked about the last 4 of the 9 healthy guidelines @weightwatchers recommends, it was a very boring meeting I am sad to say, we had a sub who is new, only been a leader for about a year and was nervous and it showed. *sigh* On the Up side I am DOWN 7 more pounds! Yes that is a whole 7 not a point or dot in there! Despite still getting over this cold that kept me from exercising I lost 7 pounds! I did better than some on the Biggest Loser this week that totally worked themselves kick butt hard! I am sooo very happy. I know it is not realistic to pull those types of numbers all the time…but you know what? The simply filling technique works for me…and I LOVE it!

Yay for you! That is fantastic! And I'm glad I mentioned the sandwich thins to you. (I have to pick up more of them for my house...) :)

You lost seven pounds in ONE WEEK?!? (or is that overall) That is..... WOW. (either way)

And... your leader was "new" and she's been leading for a year? OMG. I feel like a year will be like... forever. Now NEXT week, *I* will be brand brand brand just-out-of-the-box new! I'm nervous and excited.

You know, I prepped for my training using that very same topic and I hope mine was not boring... they don't have to be, and shouldn't be.

Yes 1 week! over all I am down 8.8 at this point.

I know it SHOULD not be boring...DOESN'T have to be boring...but she was and very low in volume so very hard to hear. Hopefully she will get better.
