Meal Plan Monday

I am working on planning my dinners for the week, then I will work towards the lunches and then breakfast. So here is my plan for this week.

Monday~
Corn Chowder with green salad

Tuesday~
Thai Tofu over Noodles with steamed broccoli

Wednesday~
Baked rigatoni with green salad and bread sticks

Thursday~
Veggie Joes on homemade roll with spinach and green salad

Friday~
Stuffed sandwich and green salad

Saturday~
Grilled London Broil with corn, broccoli medley and baked brown rice

Sunday~
Quinoa & Lentil Taco Bake with green salad and yelatin for dessert

So this is my plan for dinners and yes they are all vegetarian but 1. All that are tried and true for and by my family. Enjoy!
