Whole Wherat Bread Recipe (ABM)


1-1/2 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
1 teaspoons sea salt
2T Flax seed, ground
1T molasses
4 cups whole wheat flour
2t vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Layer the ingredients into the bread machine pan in the order given. Set the bread machine onto the Dough Cycle. Press Start. When the dough is done mixing and rising, divide it into 2 equal pieces. Place in 2 well oiled loaf pans. Cover and allow to rise for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. 2 loaves of bread 16 slices eachNumber of Servings: 32
